The Gaslight Anthem

Advanced Design I: Visual Brand/Design Systems | Chemi Montes | Fall '12

These concert tour promotional materials, created as an entry for the 2013 Real Show, draw inspiration from the Gaslight Anthem’s lyrics about journeys through life, relationships, and their native New Jersey. Highlighting the relationship between the band’s music and their New Jersey roots, the poster shows the state’s iconic highways morphing into source of music. In the ad and t-shirt designs, streets and buildings shape the band’s name, just as our environment shapes our experiences.
