It was my first real love…

Born in South Carolina & raised in Columbia, I found myself falling more and more in love with the city as the years passed. Moving to D.C. for college made me realize just how much of me comes from the South. Soda City Shine is the branding for a fictional moonshine company, but it’s much more than that. It’s an homage to the only town I’d ever want to call my home.

For this project, I pulled inspiration from some of Columbia’s most iconic sights. These include “Busted Plug Plaza,” the Gervais Street Bridge, and Adluh Flour Mill
