Description:

Our final project was to create a 20 page booklet on a designer/design movement of our choice. I chose the grunge typographer himself, David Carson. For the front and back covers of the book, I took the image on the front and inverted it to create the image on the back. Carson is notorious for inverting and changing colors in photographs, as well as drawing his own typefaces (which I have also done). My goal for the book was to incorporate some of Carson’s more obvious design moves while using my own artistic style as well.
